You are responsible for remembering the dates to come in; with the number of consignors we are not able to call to remind you. When you pick up the items please let the sales associate you would like to pick up your things and they will give you a printout of your sold/unsold items. You must then track your items and bring them to the counter so the sales associate may remove the tags. This does take quite a bit of time so please be prepared, we have a large store and it takes a while to find all the items and sometimes items are not where they should be.
Reminder: Nex 2 New is not responsible for loss of consigned items due to fire, theft, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstance.
Should the merchandise remain unsold at the end of the consignment period, the seller will donate the aforementioned merchandise to a charitable organization.
Furniture must be picked up at the 120 days or it will be donated.
