We accept merchandise by appointment only.
You may schedule your appointment by calling or stopping in during business hours. Appointments book up fast; we are typically booking 8-10 weeks in advance.
(Tidbit; It can take us up to 1 hour to enter 40 items. We can only accept a limited amount per day. We apologize for any difficulties this might cause you. I assure you we are doing our best to take in as much as we possibly can. We try to keep our sales floor full, but not overfull. We want our shoppers to be comfortable shopping in our store)
Merchandise is accepted seasonally as follows;
Spring = February through March
Summer = April through mid July
Fall = August through October
Winter = October through Mid January
• Space is limited and we like to keep an even amount of all sizes and home goods. Please keep amounts to 1-40 items or a wash basket size per-visit. This will help with quality control.
*No hangers please.
• Accepted items will be priced at the sole discretion of management. Items will be priced to sell quickly but for the best value. Space and time are limited , so not all items will be accepted. We need to use display space for items that are in demand, and will sell quickly, and for the best priced based on our knowledge of the market area. How ever if an item is found to be flawed at the time of purchase, it is our policy to adjust the pice accordingly.
• Our staff must rely on present needs and past experience to determine what will sell in our store. Please do not take offense if we do not select some of your items.
• We price at the highest starting price we think the market will allow. Talk to management if you need to get a certain price for something and we will let you know if it’s feasible.
3 easy steps to consign furniture:
Pre-Approval
Please make sure your items meet our acceptance requirements. In general terms, we accept items that are 10 years old or newer, in like-new condition, and are of a style that has strong demand.
If your furniture is less than 3 years of age and in "like-new" condition, we can usually pre-approve your item by just asking you a few questions. Please contact us to discuss your items.
If your furniture is over 3 years of age, we would like to see a photo first. Digital pictures sent via email to nikkisnex2new@yahoo.com are preferred, or photos can be brought into the store or sent via regular mail.
You can bring in your items without pre-approval, however, keep in mind that if we are not able to accept them, you'll need to take them back with you.
10 years or newer, minimal wear & tear. No broken or missing hardware/pieces, doors and drawers must work.
Entertainment Centers must have a TV area 40" wide.
Upholstery must be absoutely clean, oder free, and no pet hair!

Delivery To Our Showroom
You may bring in your pre-approved items by appointment. We also provide a pick up service for a fee. The fee for the service is variable depending on the number of items and other specifics of the job.
Local delivery and pick up in Sheboygan is $60 for the first piece and each additional piece is $10. (for a dining set tbl + 4 chairs is one piece) Other factors reqarding your specific circumstance or distance from the store may require additional fees.
Pricing
Our pricing specialist will carefully inspect your items, and then recommend pricing with consideration given to condition, quality of constructions, manufacturer, original purchase price, style, and demand of the item. We view each consignment as a partnership. It is in everyone's interest to price items at a fair market value that would realistically sell within 90 days.
*Pick up fees are non-refundable. Please be certain that the furniture to be consigned meets our guidelines before requesting a pick up.

All items for consignment must be pre-approved by Nex 2 New before making arrangements to have the items delivered to us.
