Dear Consignor,
My store in Sheboygan is truly more successful than I had anticipated! I want to say “Thank You” to all of you for your support! Without our great consignors this business endeavor would not be as successful.
Due to the huge response we have had in Sheboygan, we are forced to make some changes to some policies, I have listed them below:
Payouts will be done as cash or in-store credit, we will mail out checks on a case by case basis, depending on certain cercumstances. If you live more than 20 miles away you can call and request your check to be mailed out at any time, a $2.00 fee will apply. We now have over 2000 consignors and we can no longer keep up with the cost of sending out the checks. I understand this is an inconvenience and I am truly sorry for that. If this is something that does not work for you and you no longer desire to have an account, please contact the location your items are consigned at, the staff will gather your items, and you may pick them up in a timely manner.

We now have 2000 consignors! In order to keep our sales floor fresh and to take in more merchandise in we have had to tweak our consignment agreement…
Now added to our consignment agreement;
We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for the care and sale of your items. However, unfortunately, no system is foolproof; therefore Nikki’s Nex 2 New LLC cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Since customer preference is basis for our selection guidelines, we reserve the right to reject any clothing or accessories, including discount brand clothing, items with stains, tears, missing buttons, odors, or items not in currant style.
Merchandise will be placed on the sales floor for 60-120 days. Items will be marked down by a schedule at our discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to offer additional promotions at any time during the 120 day period.
It is the consignor’s responsibility to pick up money’s or unsold items. We ask that if you would like your unsold items that you pick them up at the 90 day mark or before.
